Absolutely. Natalie offers discounted packages for appointments booked and paid for in advance.
We can groom up to two pets at a time. Please note that group bookings may require more advanced notice.
This will depend on the service you require, the size and breed of your pet, and how long it has been since the last groom. Typically, a full groom can take anything from 2 hours for small-medium dog, to around 4 for a larger, long haired animal.
You can cancel or rearrange your appointment any time, up to 24 hour before the start of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a booking charge of 50% of the full price of the groom.
